CEO and Founder
Parveen Pathan has a history of business successes in the recruitment industry via Techaxis and a couple of previous recruitment ventures viz. vPlace Inc. and ARC Services.
Through her dedicated nurturing of Techaxis, the company has seen unprecedented growth as Parveen established and led teams both in the United States and India. In addition to taking on the responsibility of company CEO and Founder, Parveen has been a leader, an individual contributor, a collaborator and a motivator all through her journeyin growing the Techaxis name.
Parveen has done this by drawing on her years of industry in the tech field which stems from her work with the large IT Services company, Tech Mahindra and her strong educational background. She has a post-graduate degree in Computer Science from Pune University and studied at one of the most prestigious colleges in India- Fergusson College of Pune.
Aside from her passion for building the Techaxis brand, Parveen’s interests include traveling, reading and spending time with her two lovely daughters.
Head of Client Management and Administration
At TechAxis, Nandini is responsible for managing Client Services Function and delivering quality customer experience to our clients from around the globe (USA, Europe and APAC). Together with her team, her focus lies on taking Techaxis to the next level, ensuring the company evolves into one of the top Executive Search firms in the world.
Nandini has a degree from Fergusson College Pune, holds a Masters in Economics from Pune University and is an alumni of K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research in Mumbai. During her professional pursuits, Nandini has worked with companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, Wipro, Mphasis and EXL.
During her more than 15 years in the corporate sector, Mrs. Phookan has developed a proven track record of success in the executive search realm for some of the world’s top tier IT companies, banking and financial corporations, engineering firms and telecommuting companies from the United States, Europe, India and APAC.
Nandini was the 2008 recipient of the Standard Charter Bank Woman of the Year Award, but her biggest accomplishment in life is her role as a wife and mother of two children.
Director of Account Mgmt
At TechAxis, Michelle is responsible for managing Clients Relations and Account Management function. She oversees delivering quality customer experience to our global clients. Her focus lies on taking Techaxis to the next level, ensuring that the company evolves into one of the top Executive Search and Staffing firms.
During her more than 15 plus years of Recruiting and Account Management experience, Michelle has developed a proven track record of success in the Executive and Staffing search realm for some of the world’s top tier IT companies.
Michelle has a degree in Business from James Madison University and lives in the Washington DC area with her family.
VP Client Services
Mandar currently heads the technical talent acquisition team for Techaxis. His focus is on understanding client needs, managing these strategic client relationships and successfully delivering the best in class talent across various technologies.
He brings more than 25 years of broad experience having worked across several industry sectors such as Automobile, consumer and industrial products, ISP, IT Software Products/Services and IT Staffing and consulting Services. In the past, he has been instrumental in setting up and growing the business operations for a Class A nationwide Internet Service Provider. His other experiences includes establishing and managing strategic alliances and acquiring business in worldwide markets like US, UK, Middle East, South East Asia and Australia for several clients.
In his last assignment, he played a key role in transforming an IT Staffing company to a mature IT Services company by helping set up and grow various Practice Groups within the company like IT Infrastructure Services, SAP Business One Practice, BI and DW practice. He personally led and managed a team of Sales and Recruiting to grow the business exponentially in a short period of 3 years.
He is an avid traveler and spends most of his free time with his family. His credo is to continuously adding new skills through real time learning to keep abreast with the fast changing technology and marketplace.
Sr Account Executive
Leanne brings over 25 years of sales experience and leading sales teams in various roles. A long established record of working in many verticals. Recognized for building and developing direct sales and channel/alliance programs. A strong leader who earns business with an entrepreneurial mentality, strong work ethic and an honest loyal approach.
Leanne began her career in 1992 in Nashville, TN and moved to Northern Virginia in 2003. Leanne has a BS in Mathematics from Auburn University. She and her husband Richie have three daughters, Alex, Hailey and Catherine.
Sr Account Executive
Prior to joining the TechAxis team in 2017, Anne has spent the last 20 years in the education space. She led teams and projects in varying roles in Sales, Business Development, and Program Management. Anne became a curious “tech geek” when she saw how technology could provide a personalized experience and allow learners of all ages to customize how they learn and perform with the use of technology.
The love and curiosity of technology and the desire to match people and organizations led her to the doorsteps of TechAxis. As a Senior Account Executive, Anne’s role is to develop direct, long-term consulting and staffing Client relationships, successfully open new accounts, and grow relationships within existing accounts. The key to her success is the belief that the primary driver and sales success is developing strong, proven relationships on a direct basis with executives and hiring managers.
Outside of the office, Anne is an avid rower, loves to travel, make a mean playlist on ITunes, and be with family and friends.

Strategic Advisor and Partner
Pawan brings 18+ years of leadership, customer focus and experience of working with large Fortune 500 enterprises in the USA. In his most recent initiative he was the VP and Head of Sales North America for Business Transformation Services division of CSS Corp, an IT Services provider with 5,500+ employees globally. He led the go-to-market and customer acquisition strategy for Business Transformation Services vertical that assisted customers in transforming their businesses by embracing mobility and cloud. For over five plus years prior to this, as a Senior Consultant at Infosys, he helped enterprises solve complex business challenges presented by accelerated growth.
For Pawan, Techaxis is bringing together of this experience and continuing to advise the company on areas to focus on. He also consults with Techaxis on sales and marketing related initiatives across the globe.
